No. 9 is above all a unique and elegant place. It is a natural fit. It is also the fulfilment of a dream that the Lüthis have always had: to share their passion for wine and try to make a living from it. Our hallmark is quality and discovery; wines you won’t find anywhere else, and about which the only question you have to ask yourself, apart from the usual artifices of price, prestige and luxury, is “I like it” or “I don’t like it”. Everything here is fresh. In the kitchen, we work with local and regional products, as well as wonders from elsewhere, which cannot be ignored.
